In brief: The first codified doctrine of Richterism, preserved in full as it was written.

Richterism is the belief created by Aleczaender in October of 2018, that all people should

abandon loyalties to their state, nationality, ideology, and other things, with the exception of

God, and instead focus on the Leader. It emphasizes that it isn’t the People responsible for great

nations, but that leaders are. Examples include George Washington that founded the United

States, Napoleon Bonaparte that formed the great French Empire, Alexander the Great of Greece,

Caesar that expanded Rome to the far north. Richter believes all credit should go to the Leader,

with the exception of Religion held above them. Additionally, he states that the Leader

establishes his authority on the basis of the People, that true Democracy is not by voting in a

ballot, but through the absolute-authority of a Leader.

Richterism does not associate with the right wing or left wing, and is entirely based on

the leaders principles. Richterism can include a specific person located in a nation, for example

someone that isn’t the leader of a country, however the ideology of Richterism is focused on that

person, however most particularly focused on a Leader of some sort to lead his people. Ideas are

expected to change over time, and Richterism is defined on a chart as FULL Authoritarian down

the center, without turning right winged or left winged in political motivation. It however does

have a bias towards tradition, as Richterism lays its roots in the idea of the ‘alpha-male

principle’, the idea that the first civilizations were based on the strongest person with the best

dominant traits was the leader, and that everyone else was the follower, as opposed to the modern

principle that civilizations should be based on total-equality both economically and socially.

Richterism believes that the People should give their undying loyalty to a specific targeted

person, or a physical entity instead of just an idea. In this case, it would be Aleczaender the

founder of Richterism: as opposed to Monarchism, as Monarchism tends to be outdated from

thousands of years ago, obsolete to the Modern Era of how things are run today. Richterists

believe that loyalty is permanent and cannot be changed, and that the natural definition of loyalty

is not the same as ‘Richter Loyalty’, which can colink to ‘Richterism’. Essentially, it states that a

true loyalist remains loyal no matter what, and that true-loyalty is not dynamic, that the person

either was never loyal to begin with after he betrayed, or that he is loyal and will continue to be

because he is still loyal in the present period.

Loyalty within the Richterism Cause works intensely. You are expected to give

unquestioning loyalty, your loyalty is to go permanent without change, and you are expected to

be loyal until retirement. Along with this, is that your only goal is to benefit the Leader through

his orders and demands. The Leader wishes to only benefit the country that he is in charge of,

therefore his people will benefit the country in order to satisfy the leader. Richterism puts the

leader in an authoritarian position, where anything is possible only because everyone is willing

to give total-loyalty. The philosophy is basically that the more power a Leader has, the more

autonomy he has to make decisions, such as resolve major-crises. The country cannot collapse as

Richterism believes that rebellion causes the collapse and downfall of great nations (ex: British

Empire) which makes them lesser, therefore making rebellions dangerous. Disloyalty leads to

conflict, and conflict leads to rebellion, and that would lead to collapse of the Greater Richterian

State. Essentially, the original philosophy is to forever maintain the State through stability, and

that stability is defined by how loyal everyone is, which affects their morale. By being constantly

loyal to the Leader, the State can never fail, and therefore can succeed to outlast everyone else as

the superior Ideology.

Richterism does not force people to do things beyond extremity, however the

expectations given does not emphasize this either. Your loyalty is unquestionable and you are to

agree whether wrong or right, however in deep-theory, the Leader would never want someone to

commit harm. The boundary of where his power ends is when it interferes with God, and the

only downfall of Richterism is dependent on the Leader. If the Leader that the Richterist People

choose to follow is instead a liability, then that is the only internal possibility of destruction.

Successorship however is determined by the prior Leader, and each Leader is responsible for

ensuring that his heir who is next in line, will be someone that brings justice. The reason the

People are not allowed to rebel if they are Richterists, is because it will result in the downfall,

and inevitably the destruction of the Richterist Collective in theory, which is the exact thing

everyone is trying to prevent.

The point as of why this isn’t dangerous, is because certain families that are in control

can be great dynasties, as long as a corrupt one isn’t to take over, and even if a corrupt dynasty is

to take over, they’ll need to keep the country alive to remain in power, therefore asking only of

deeds done by his corruption, to keep the country alive, making it an ideology that’s simply

win-win. Technically, even if the next Leader in line was someone of corruption or hunger for

power, he’d still have to ensure that Richterism strives on, and it’d make very little difference.

The only way for any of this to become destructive is in the event that the next Leader is

immoral, and utilizes his power for abuse and destruction, however that is why the only

exception to this boundary, is of God, and therefore Christianity is where the boundary is drawn

for the Leader’s power.

Aleczaender also believes that in order to accomplish the ‘perfect state’ their cannot be

downfall, for most downfalls are created by betrayal and rebellion, as well as ultimate and full

control over his people. As an immature example, people like pleasure, however pleasure does

not benefit the human system, nor does it improve the Richterian State. This also means that

things like ego, selfish-regard, and opportunism are things that must be destroyed for the

Richterist State to prevail. People must work hard, and they must make sacrifices if they are to

maintain the Richterist State, and it is the only way that the Richterist State can live on.

Aleczaender believes that through extreme-loyalty to the Leader, their won't be

competition or conflict as every single person wishes to benefit the Leader’s Cause, or perhaps

the Leader himself but under the Leader’s ultimate goal to benefit the Collective. Through

education of these ideals and through the charisma of a Leader, people are to learn common

sense and logic as to why power isn’t to be hungered for, and that human kindness is put above

all, as well as respect and ultimate loyalty to one’s leader. Effectively, by educating people on the

philosophical value of why Richterism is important, they become loyal, and typically this works

only on those who intend good-will. Unfortunately, egotists and opportunists will have a harder

time trying to do what is necessary for the Collective.

Loyalty, which is the emphasis of Richterism, is valued the most as well as morality

(even though the Leader has ULTIMATE Power to do as one wishes in Richterism). It is to be

permanent as expected, however in context, means no disagreement with one’s leader, no

questioning of one’s leader, and that you are to take the Leader’s side in every conflict, struggle,

or fault that is to occur, to work with one another instead of taking down one another to benefit

the country. Essentially, everyone is to work together through the unification under both

Richterism, and the Leader that they follow. Competition is typically limited, and is regulated to

ensure that none of the People are exploited, and can continue to work for the State without

being distracted.

Richterism believes in strong chauvinistic aspects, in the form of the People being

constantly enthusiastic, in the tone of loyalty promoting the leader, through a speech of loyalty,

or simply, shouting “LOYALTY!” in enthusiasm and pride. In simple terms, the Richterist Cause

is a Cause that one should be proud of, for it is a Cause that is supposed to outlast any other. It is

a Cause that was founded for the central-goal of winning over everyone else. It is the ultimate

ideology for spanning war on all other opposition, maintaining faith through deep-depressions,

and having the capability of doing anything, because the Richterist People would never give up

or surrender to their enemies.

Richterism is practical, and it's not against any certain ideologies or forms of

governments, as that is entirely based on the leader, and that the ideology is entirely unlimited to

choices of the leader, unlike other ideals. One Leader could be biased towards Socialistic aspects,

whereas the next Leader could be biased towards Populistic aspects. This determines very little,

as at the end of the day their are going to be Richterists that thing the Worker is important, and

others that believe that the Soldier is important, but regardless of these smaller values, they

should have little impact on how loyal the People will be to both their State, Cause, and Leader.

Otherwise, ideologies that aren’t compatible or are able to fit, or combine with Richterism are

typically frowned upon. Nationalism for instance, which also tends to have a presence in the

form of rather ‘Leaderism’ in Richterist societies, is usually dangerous as it can potentially put

the NATION above the LEADER, whereas the Leader is put above everything besides Religion.

Religion in Richterism societies are typically centered around God, though potentially

they can also be secular, so long as their moral-values still include the word of God, as Religion

is the only ‘limited’ asset and item that is not controlled in such society, and is the only excuse

and way for one to break from one’s loyalty in a Richterism society, if one of the Richterist

ideology that is the Leader, attempts to force another to convert or similar, however due to the

extreme fanaticism and loyalty, it can tend to turn into a paradox, in most cases it is estimated

one will convert religions due to the intense loyalty. In other words it is a boundary with a

double-standard, God is put above the Leader and is a moral boundary he cannot surpass, yet he

also cannot force this moral boundary onto others. Additionally, God cannot be exploited as a

reason to betray someone, it can only be used as a reason to reject orders, commit

insubordination, or maintain morality. Hopefully each Leader that succeeds the next is one that is

religious, or accepts this moral boundary, or else downfall would be imminent. It is forever

illegal however, to worship a Leader or treat a Leader as a God, for Christ is the King of all

Kings.

The norms and ‘stereotype’ by Aleczaender of a natural follower of Richterism and a

natural leader of Richterism are a few things. Aleczaender believes that Leaders should uphold

extreme expectations with high standards, but when spoken to in-person or in-private, he is

actually a kind, generous, and intelligent individual. They should rather stick to a balance, for

they shouldn’t be loved more than Christ, and they shouldn’t be feared more than God. A natural

follower of Richterism is to always, always, support the Leader no matter what for the sake of

benefiting the nation or preventing any form of downfall or rebellion to the nation. Natural

Leaders of Richterism are “obsessed over loyalty” in which it is the only thing that ever matters

in the Richterian State, and that the natural stereotypical follower is “always supportive, always

loyal, and always without doubt believing and knowing, that the leader is right in order to create

a successful country”. They are as stated prior, fanatics of the Cause to a degree that is extreme.

Richterist Societies tend not to give too many chances, and anyone who makes even the

smallest mistake in committing treason or forms of disloyalty, is to be punished immediately. A

simple groan at an order, an attitude, when annoyed at the Leader, or anger over anything, has to

be squashed, even if it's just a small suspicion. Entirely, things are to be loyal and to be obsessed

with loyalty for a reason of goodness, and to keep the society pure of human kindness and

morality, to remain as good people helping others without being hateful or immoral, and to

instead focus on brotherhood. Rather, to work as a Collective emphasizing teamwork to complete

objectives and orders.

Dynasties in Richterism are required. Richterist societies could theoretically ‘collapse’ if

the Leader is to die without someone next in charge, as it isn’t expected that any fanatic be

ambitious, but supportive and loyal. Until a safeplan is made that resolves this issue, it is until

then a hazard that could be the downfall of Richterism. Though Richterism may seem flawless,

as experiences are gained and as new groups are formed, it is expected that problems that are

prevalent now, will be resolved by then. At the end of the day however, Richterism shall live

beyond all of our enemies, because the People themselves, have sworn to forever uphold their

loyalty no matter what.
