In brief: JernLlywelyn sits on the Graend Council of Zaenderism and bears the title of Graend Architectus of the Imperium, its builder. His Roblox account dates to December 2009, the oldest of the Council's five, and he holds station in all eighteen servers of the movement, from the Tribal Council of Aleczaender's Vibe Tribe to the leadership of the Regime. Where the others command, he constructs: the machinery the Imperium has come to run on this season, the Judicial Ministry's public website, the Inquisition's records portal, the register of every medal ever awarded, is his work. The record shows him at the rostrum for the Imperium's great occasions besides, not least the torchlit return of Aleczaender himself.
Origin
Jern Llywelyn was raised on the Berghof, the mountain house in Zustenia above Salzburg. The Zustenian Realm of those years was a small power with a long reach, remembered in the chronicles for its war in Italy against Leutgard's Alemannic Realm. He grew up inside that world rather than reading about it afterwards.
In 2019 he founded the Duchy of Vienna and took the name NordLoyalitat. The Duchy was not a client of anyone. It was a rival power, and for a time it was Octavium's rival. Aleczaender set SteakFatality and Arxilium over a division in the German Empire and sent it to war against the Duchy of Vienna, and the Duchy won. That is the part of the record most men skip over. Nord beat him.
The victory carried further than the battlefield. When the Authority reformed its oligarchy after Aleczaender's retirement, it was the leader of the Duchy of Vienna who took the Supreme Leadership.
What he did next is why he sits where he does. He came back, and he came back to serve. The man who had defeated Aleczaender in the field returned to stand under him, and has stood there since. He holds a seat on the Graend Council today.
Through those years he kept his ties east. He visited Dekzus repeatedly through 2022, when Dekzus still held the Zusten Realm and had not yet taken the Premiership of Korea. The two knew each other before either title existed.
He built the first Checkpoint Madrid. Every rally the Imperium has held on those grounds, every formation and every parade, stands on ground he laid out first.
What They Are Doing
The last days of July 2026 belong to his machines. On the 31st he announced to all Octavium that the Judicial Ministry now runs on a website open to every citizen: sue the man who wronged you, report the crime you witnessed, and read your own record in the open, "you bring it yourself, on the website, in your own words, and the Ministry answers." Four days earlier the Inquisition portal had gone live for keeping records on the Imperium's personnel, and the same week the register of decorations credited to Organisation Jern, every medal ever awarded, with the officer who gave it and the day it was given, counted 89 members and 632 decorations enrolled with six days left on the rolls.
He serves besides as a herald of the Imperium. It was Jern who proclaimed the torchlit homecoming of Emperator Aleczaender aboard his personal Junkers Ju 52 on 27 July, received by Generalissimo Waugin before the massed ranks, three men decorated that night with the Soviet Campaign Medal, and Jern who had rallied the movement for the return the day before. In the Regime he speaks plainly of what comes next, "unsure about how much more we will be doing on this game, before we launch the new one," and his counsel in the security channels has held steady since spring: conduct yourself as though every word will one day be read back to you.
