In brief: Waugin sits on the Graend Council of Zaenderism, the highest body of the Imperium of Octavium beneath Aleczaender himself, seated in the autumn of 1955 (2026). In the main group of the Imperium he holds the station of Architectus, and in Zaenderism that of Graend Council. He carries the Council's writ in 24 of the movement's groups and holds station in 21 of its servers. His record below is drawn from the groups and the servers themselves.
Waugin is one of the newest members of the Graend Council. Where the older councilmen earned their seats through the Orderstate and the wars that made it, his was given in the season of the Imperium's consolidation, when the Council was widened to carry the work of a movement that had outgrown five men. What follows is his standing as the record holds it today.
