Your worth is determined by your actions, and the efficiency of such actions.
Whether you dislike someone professionally or personally should not get in the way of your duty as an Octavian and a Zaenderist.
Being liked does not mean you are good at the job, and being disliked does not mean you are bad at it. Sometimes you must make decisions that will make people hate you, but it is all for the cause.
You cannot call yourself a Zaenderist if you betray your fellow man. It is one of the key pillars of Zaenderism, unity and brotherhood, and if you betray your fellow men for your personal gain, you would do better to admit that you are an anti-Zaenderist and turn yourself in to the Inquisition.
Loyalty is victory. Loyalty leads to brotherhood, which leads to unity, which leads to strength, and strength gives us victory.
In Zaenderism you are not loyal to Aleczaender alone. You are loyal to your superior, loyal to those appointed above you, and most important of all, loyal to your fellow brothers.
