In brief: EliTHorrigan sits on the Graend Council of Zaenderism, the highest body of the Imperium of Octavium beneath Aleczaender himself. Across eleven servers of the movement he carries the Council's writ, holding branch leadership in the Inquisition Cohort, the Armoured Division and the Teutonnic-Volunteers, with a Crown Court Delegate's seat in the Octavian Custode Office besides. His is the voice the Imperium hears when the hour is grave: it was he who told Octavium that the Soviet Union had declared war upon it, and he who gave every man his rank back after the July admin abuse. The record of his season is a steward's record, announcing occasions of state, mending what saboteurs break, and closing his dispatches with Ave.
What They Are Doing
July 2026 found EliTHorrigan at the centre of the Imperium's storms. On the 14th he carried the gravest news of the season to the global channel: the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics had formally declared war upon the Imperium in answer to its entry into the RWW2 community, the Red Army ordered to advance until Octavium's capacity to resist was broken. A day later the Imperium suffered an admin abuse that stripped ranks across its groups; Eli worked through the damage, promising "I'll fix the main group as well, stand by" and confirming within the day that every rank had been restored, while in the Teutonnic-Volunteers, the restoration announcements carried his name in thanks.
War has not kept him from statecraft. On 17 July he announced a state visit by His Holiness Pope Paul VII to Madrid, where the Pope would meet the leadership of Church and Imperium and conduct an inspection of the Octavian Swiss Guard, and he invited the Catholics of the movement to enlist and march in the ceremony themselves.
