In brief: The final and complete doctrine of the movement, preserved in full as it was written.

Aleczaender 1

Foreword,

The official writings of the Richterist Constitution are to guide both the successorship

and council in the time following my leave. It is ESSENTIAL that if one is to ever lead a

Richterist civilization on this platform (and only on this platform for the love of God) that

everything in this Doctrine is to be followed. The Legacy is to be treated as a guidebook, that

through the understanding of it you can understand how to get through any problem, however

unlike most guidebooks, it does do this exactly on a step-by-step basis, so continue to read and

understand my Legacy until you believe that every problem I have faced, is understood by you

through my immersion. The Revelations, including this exact Doctrine that is a part of it, is to be

treated as the future, rather a set of guidelines that every Richterist society has. I’d like to also

note that not all Richterist civilizations will be exactly the same. If you recall in the Legacy, I had

stated that there were several forms of governments, as well as different political motivations.

For instance, Richard’s foreign-policy is isolationist, which means he will only focus on us, and

on rare occasions friends of ours. My foreign-policy on the other hand was expansionist, which

included colonization and intervening in foreign conflicts such as the one in Helleria. Or if we

look at my past in regards to governments, you’ll notice that DDR was a Populist Government

with Socialist economic elements, that Korea was a Jucheist Government, that Octavia was a

Oligarchical Government with a Military Junta, and that America was a Statist Government with

Populistic and Nationalistic influences. Regardless, all of these states were Richterist because

they involved being loyal to one figurehead (in an Oligarchy, this being one of the oligarchical

figures or both) as well as the other elements as defined in the first Richterist Doctrine. However,

Aleczaender 2 before I begin with what is of this Constitution, I warn everyone that if a single element is to be

ignored as written in this Constitution, that it will become inevitable that hardship will come to

your civilization, and that it be doomed entirely. Everything here is essential to it succeeding, and

must be taken with an unwavering seriousness. The Council, if necessary, will become the

enforcers that interpret and advise leaders of this.

1. The State of the Richterists shall never be held by any other Dynasty or non-Richter

person, in any Richterist State. Though a Richterist does not have to be of bloodline, roles

such as Councilman, Leaders, and Coreman are to be of Dynastical descent.

2. The Richterian Dynasty, formerly known as the Richter Dynasty, may never be

disbanded. It may never be replaced until the exception is:

2.1. Dynasty is deleted by platform staff, which includes termination of accounts and,

2.1.1. In this case a new name may be interpreted by the Leader and the Council.

2.2. The Dynasty name becomes tagged or censored by platform staff, meaning that it

cannot be restated again or used in anything like future groups. (Example: Richter

became censored, therefore it was replaced with Richterian in 2020)

2.2.1. In this case a new name may be interpreted by the Leader and the Council.

3. In the case that the Richterian or Richter Dynasty cannot be utilized as the official

bloodline names, the Council with the approval of the Leader (or Successor if the Leader

has begun the process of retirement and the Successor is in trial) may decide on a new

name. The new name that is taken by the Dynasty, must be one that has no cultural bias,

and cannot be an English word that is used or a word that is definable. (Good Example:

Aleczaender 3 Rechter, Steward, Richteri, Kydoemus, Zaender, zaender, etc) (Bad Example: Devotion,

Sworn, Fanatic, Richterist, Richterism, Loyalty)

4. All Richterist States must effectively follow the Richterist Ideology as defined in all

Richterist Doctrines and Manifestos.

5. The Richterist Council though it is under full-authority of the Leader (or Successor)

cannot be disbanded or closed-down (even temporarily) no matter what.

6. Councilmen are only added on by every ten bloodline members. For example, if there are

officially one-hundred and forty bloodline registered (discounting alternative accounts or

bots), then there can be upto fourteen councilmen.

6.1. This also means that alternative accounts, display names, or fake accounts that

carry the Richterian or Richter name cannot be regarded as official Richterians

until the exception is:

6.1.1. Their account was deleted and they create a new one that includes the

name.

6.1.2. They are a new player, and their first-ever account contains the bloodline

name.

7. The Leader (or Successor) can replace a Councilman at any time, reject a decision of the

Council at any time, or overrule a decision of the Council at any time unless they are

undergoing trial.

7.1. The only exception to this is Plan B or another plan that is written, see

Congressional Rule 21 for information.

8. There may only ever be one Richterian Leader at the same time, and one Richterian

Successor at the same time, unless Plan B or other Plan(s) is in effect.

Aleczaender 4 9. When a Richterian Leader has made plans for retirement, the procedure requires that a

Successor be voted in by the Council, and approved by the Leader. In the event that there

is a tie, the Leader must decide the Successor. In the event that the Council is acting

irrational, the Leader may exploit Congressional Rule 5 to put his Successor in power.

10. In the event that the Richterian Leader is to retire, he must plan it out and the date must

be six months or more from the day he has decided. When the retirement day is close to

exactly six months from the day of retirement, then he is to announce a ‘vacation’ and he

is to have his Successor practice total-power under the guidance of the Council until his

final day of retirement. The Council at any given time during the six month trial period of

the Successor is permitted to vote him (the Successor) out of power, restrict him of

powers if abused (the Successor starts with total-power but can be restricted of certain

powers for a time by the Council if needed), or even replace him with someone else.

Obviously, these measures can be approved by requirement of the Leader who is on

vacation, however it is upto the Leader whether the Council must approve this with him

or not.

10.1. In the event that the Successor is replaced, the Leader will be forced to restart the

retirement date from six months again. This also applies to if the Successor is

removed, and will restart the vacation date to after he is replaced.

10.2. The Leader is still in-power, but it is recommended that he does not interfere with

the Successor. The period is to be treated as a time where the Council trains the

Successor for when he comes to power, and he is to be tested in the process.

(Example: RichardRichterian was given power of Korea temporarily to see how

Aleczaender 5 he would do, and was in-charge whenever I was absent. He also was effectively

the second in command of Octavia during my time).

10.3. The Leader does not have to ‘practice’ this vacation, obviously he is not under

house-arrest and has total-power as it is stated in the Richterist Doctrine, so long

as it does not surpass religious-boundaries. However again, it is recommended as

said before that during this vacation that he begins the transformation of leaving

the platform and training the Successor.

10.4. The Leader can cancel the vacation or retirement at any time if he wishes to do so.

10.5. Following the retirement of the Leader, the Successor will inhibit the same

powers as the Leader did, as defined in the Richterist Doctrine. Yes, this also

means that if there was a councilman that was restricting him of power, and the

former Successor who is now Leader wishes to remove that person, he now has

total-power (see Congressional Rule 5) to do so.

11. In the event that the Leader:

11.1. Dies in the real world, which is unverified until the exception is:

11.1.1. The death was confirmed on his account, with a trusted source such as a

friend he knows in real life, a family member, a parental guardian.

11.1.2. The death was confirmed by an account that knows him personally, which

is verified prior, unless they can prove they knew him in the present

moment.

11.1.3. The death is verified by a source such as a newspaper, media outlet, social

media.

Aleczaender 6 11.2. Is imprisoned, incarcerated, or anything relating to being contained without access

to any technology within in the real world for a time longer than three hundred

and sixty days, which is unverified until the exception is:

11.2.1. This is verified by himself.

11.2.2. This is verified on his account, with a trusted source such as a friend he

knows in real life, a family member, a parental guardian.

11.2.3. This is verified by a source such as a newspaper, media outlet, social

media.

11.3. Physically or mentally handicapped to the point where he can no longer access

technology without assistance, which is unverified until the exception is:

11.3.1. This is verified by himself.

11.3.2. This is verified on his account, with a trusted source such as a friend he

knows in real life, a family member, a parental guardian.

11.3.3. This is verified by a source such as a newspaper, media outlet, social

media.

11.4. If 11.1-11.3 apply, then the Council is to immediately come to a continuance

decision that involves either:

11.4.1. Electing a Successor and going through the trial until the six month period

has ended (the trial and ‘vacation’ still applies, this is also a safety-hazard

in the event that somehow it was a ploy or a lie to sabotage the

Collective).

11.4.2. Selecting one of the Plans to go forward with, which is only in the case

that there is absolutely no way to acquire access to the Leader’s account to

Aleczaender 7 transfer groups and projects, or essentially remake essential projects (such

as the official Richterian Dynasty group) to continue what is listed in this

Constitution.

11.4.3. Determining if the sources are sketchy, unverified, and waiting it out to

see if the reasons stated in 11.1-11.3 are ploys, and it is another reason

irrelevant (Example: The Leader went on vacation and a close-friend lied,

stating he was dead)

12. The Leader is to trust at least one other person with access to platform accounts in the

event that Congressional Rule 11 ever occurs. Be it a family member, or anyone that the

Leader can trust, it is highly, highly essential that this is done, or else all assets owned by

the Leader in the event that Congressional Rule 11 is in effect, will forever remain

stagnant.

12.1. If the Leader for whatever reason only had the option to trust someone that isn’t

close, then he is free to place all valuable assets on alternative accounts that are

shared with said person (Example: the Richterian Dynasty group, Octavia, etc).

13. In the event that a Leader has retired, he is recommended to never return to the platform

again so that he can pursue real life. Therefore if a Leader ever considers retirement, it

must be taken extremely seriously, and in the event that a Leader retires, it is

recommended he destroys any future access to the platform, so that a desire to return does

not occur, so that a paradox does not occur. In the event that a Leader attempts to return,

and attempts to restore his power or anything of the sort, then one of the Plans written up

(see Congressional Rule 21) can be considered, or the individual will be labeled an

impersonator, and henceforth ignored. Rather, that means in the event that anyone in the

Aleczaender 8 future attempts to prove that they are a previous Leader and have ‘returned’, they are to

be called an impersonator, and they are to state that a prior Leader has forever retired.

13.1. That means that once a Leader has retired, he is to never log back onto any former

accounts, never access any assets relevant to a platform such as communication

servers and trellos, nor ‘hang around’ with former loyalists with the exception

being:

13.1.1. They are close-friends of his.

13.1.2. They are people he knows personally.

13.1.3. They are members or former members of the Council.

13.1.4. They are members or former members of the Core.

13.1.5. They are involved in another separate platform, communication server,

event, place, etc, and are forced to interact with them because of this.

13.1.5.1. That means that technically this can be exploited if a former

Leader is in or forms a ‘server’ and people from the former

platform he retired from are present. This of course is a permitted

exception, but remember that a Richterian Leader is technically no

longer a Leader once retired, the only exception applying to the

Founder, Aleczaender (see Congressional Rule 14 for his own

exceptions)

14. Following the retirement of Aleczaender and Richard becoming the next Leader, he too

will follow the same trends as every other future Richterian Leader, however there are a

few exceptions that only he has for the sake of the Legacy.

Aleczaender 9 14.1. Aleczaender may on rare occasion return to communication networks involving

the Richterians, however these ‘occasions’ will only be once per event, those

events being:

14.1.1. The finishing of a ‘film’ that follows the Legacy, Aleczaender will watch

it with fellow Richterians, hang around for an hour or so, and then return

to his retirement, however, for the film to be create this event, it must:

14.1.1.1. Be at least two-hours long.

14.1.1.2. Have at least 80% accuracy of the Legacy, with major events and

battles being mentioned.

14.1.1.3. Contain both b-roll from the thousands of videos I have produced

(see RichardRichterian for this, he has access to all content that is

archived) as well as new footage from acting, animating, etc.

14.1.1.4. Narrations and inspiration that isn’t low-budget, or inferior to other

videos that I have released (Example: the narrator has a lisp,

stuttering, film is not in chronological order, film is not just a

combination of b-roll thrown together lazily, with proper cuts and

narrative, plot, etc).

14.1.1.4.1. The film can also be a documentary or propaganda, it does

not have to be a story (Example of story-film: Forest

Gump, Taxi Driver, Joker), (Example of war-film: Saving

Private Ryan, War & Peace, The Longest Day, Erwin

Rommel), (Example of propaganda-film: Anything North

Korean, Triumph of the Will), (Example of

Aleczaender 10 documentary-film: North Korean labour camps

documentary, any autobiography on any character). This

means that I do not want this film to be a tragedy, comedy,

or an intense drama/thriller. Obviously through the contact

of some of the Council or my former Core, they can reach

out and ask me if the Film is ‘good enough’ for this

occasion.

14.1.2. When the Richterians have achieved the golden-era as described in ‘The

Modern Era’ under a future Richterian Leader, Aleczaender will again

return only on a social-communication network used to answer questions,

watch videos and content of the era, and give small speeches while there.

This ‘era’ will be determined as:

14.1.2.1. Vikinglaw-tier activity and membership, which means:

14.1.2.1.1. At least one-hundred people in-game for one entire week.

14.1.2.1.2. Fifty-thousand or more members within the group.

14.1.2.1.3. Reputation has been restored, with at least half of the genre

that the supergroup is submissive, loyal, or friendly towards

the Richterist Cause.

14.1.2.2. An excellent game that masters all other games ever created by

Richterian Development.

14.1.2.3. Discipline, obedience, loyalty, and other traits of Richterism are

present in every serviceman that is present, and in such a condition

that stability is maximized.

Aleczaender 11 14.2. During these rare occasions, Aleczaender will be referred to as the ‘Eternal

Founder’, and will acquire the same respect from everyone regardless of position,

just as he was when he was the Leader.

14.3. In the event that Aleczaender is forced to return for an unusual reason (unusual

being defined as against his very own will), that including:

14.3.1. He is held hostage and is forced to return to the platform or he and his

family will be killed.

14.3.2. His work-boss threatens that he will fire Aleczaender if he does not return

to the platform.

14.4. In the event that a personal-relative of Aleczaender is present, they are to be

regarded highly and respected. However, they are not immune to Richterist law,

and are to be disciplined if they attempt to exploit their status for power, wealth,

gain, or other opportunistic reasons.

14.4.1. Additionally, if the relative happens to be an heir to his Legacy, (heir,

meaning personal son) and if verified by Aleczaender or a trustworthy

source, then the ‘heir’ is to be respected by everyone, as well as immense

respect for my Legacy. Realistically, in the event that the heir is a bastard,

traitor, disrespectful of everyone, or just a rotten-spoiled individual, then

the Council or Leader may grant discipline upon said person.

15. In the event that the platform is to update a feature relevant to the Richterian

Constitution, then the Council is to update the interpretation of said Congressional Rule

by majority vote on the new meaning. If the Constitution cannot be edited (see

Aleczaender 12 Congressional Rule 16) as I am unable, dead, or other, then the Council is to clarify on a

separate document of the new interpretations made onto the said Constitution.

16. The Constitution cannot be edited, changed, removed, deleted, or other by anyone except

for myself. The only official Constitution is the one written by myself, the same applies

to every other Richterist Doctrine written by myself, or written by another person that

I’ve approved. In the event that these documents are somehow destroyed, deleted, or

other, then see Congressional Rule 17.

17. All Richterist Doctrines written by myself, or written by someone else that I’ve approved,

are to be downloaded or copied in the event that they are destroyed, missing, or other.

The copies that are made are to NEVER under any circumstances be edited, changed,

deleted, EVEN if there are new interpretations.

17.1. As a safety hazard in the case that someone tries to exploit this, there is a list of

individuals with copies and downloads that are unedited or bias that can be

re-utilized, the following individuals with this include:

17.1.1. EthanRichterian

17.1.2. ArxilliumRichterian

18. The only official Richterist Doctrines and Manifestos that are written, or approved by me,

are named and sourced as the following:

18.1. “The First Richterist Doctrine”

18.2. “The First Richterist Manifesto”

18.3. “The Legends of Aleczaender”

18.4. “The Revelations of Aleczaender”

Aleczaender 13 19. While anyone can identify as a Richterist by proclaiming loyalty, all official Richterists

must have first read all four doctrines fully, these being; “The First Richterist Doctrine”,

“The First Richterist Manifesto”, “The Legends of Aleczaender”, and “The Revelations of

Aleczaender”

19.1. To verify this official status, the Council may release things like an educational

system or test with countless questions to verify whether someone has a complete

understanding of Richterism or not, with questions from all four Doctrines,

though this may be too extreme considering the length, therefore it is left up to the

interpretation of the Council.

19.2. What determines whether someone can become bloodline or not is upto the

interpretation of both the Leader and the Richterian Council. However, the

limitations to become bloodline can never be ‘closed-off’ or ‘shutdown’, as

Richterism will forever expand and grow, and with it the Dynasty.

20. All Richterians in the context of political, religious, or other bias, may only be judged

based on the loyalty that they have displayed and the work that they have committed until

the exception is:

20.1. Their identity or background affects the loyalty that they give. (Example:

someone is apart of a secret-society, and is not permitted to give unconditional

loyalty because of this secret-society interfering)

20.2. Their identity or background affects the traditions of Richterism and its cultural

elements. (Example: the introduction of a woman onto the Richterian Council or

Successorship)

Aleczaender 14 20.3. A mental, social, or other illness that they possess impacts the emotions and

judgement of others, including impulsive behavior, bipolar relations, and sudden

changes in emotion that are radical. (Example: a person with BPD begins to

radically unfriend others and distance themselves from the Richterians, which

may or may not also include the Leader at the time)

21. In the event that the original succession plan is to fail, a number of plans written up by

Aleczaender have been drawn to ensure that Richterism can continue to exist

alternatively in case the original plan is to fail. These plans are to be taken very seriously,

for if they are to be enacted, it would be almost an entire reset that could be either

destructive or constructive, depending on the problem at hand. It is advised that these

plans only be enabled during a time of an emergency that threatens the future of every

single Richterist, the Richterist Cause as a whole, or in the case that there is an error,

paradox, exploitation, or other problem relevant to the Leader/Successor, that cannot be

stopped, prevented, or could lead to the destruction of the succession system set in mind.

Obviously, if the succession system is to fail, then there deserves additional plans.

Obviously as Richterists, we learn from trial & error, and would never subject the

Richterists to the same system of leadership if it be a continuous torture of failure.

Though Aleczaender said before that he doubts this’ll happen in a very, very long time, if

not ever at all, he has determined that this be done anyway at the advice of few people.

These plans can also not be executed by neither the Leader, or the Successor alone,

however this is a paradox because technically they have total-power, these plans are

written up to specifically react in the direct-opposition of the Leader. Each plan can only

be activated one at a time, and it is recommended that each plan be activated once, and

Aleczaender 15 not at the same time during the case of said emergency. There are only two ways that

these plans can be activated; they can only either be activated by myself so long as there

are at least four Councilmen in agreement, and in the case that I am either unavailable,

dead, or neither (neither meaning that these can still be activated if I am available but

decline the plans initially) then it would require nine-tenths of the council’s approval.

This means if there are nine or less councilmen, then it would require all of them to

approve. If there are ten councilmen, it’ll require nine to approve. If there are eleven

councilmen, it’ll take ten to approve, if there are twelve councilmen, it’ll take ten to

approve. If there are thirteen councilmen, it’ll take eleven to approve, and so on and so

forth with this mathematical order. Since this motive would be in opposition to the

present Leader (and the only Congressional in this entire Constitution in opposition to a

present Leader) it is recommended that this vote be kept in private, assuming that the

Leader that has created total-destruction in his ways would remove anyone attempting

this. Though, that is a recommendation, and is not required. Be warned, that activation of

these plans may result in total reformation or destruction of original Richterian States,

preserving them prior to activating a plan is recommended.

21.1. Plan A (original): The Leader is to have the Council choose a new Successor, the

Successor will undergo a six month trial while the Leader undergoes vacation.

The Leader or the Council can remove the Successor at any time, and following

the Leader’s retirement, the Successor will take over and absorb the same

‘total-power’ that Aleczaender had, following his guidance and Constitution.

21.2. Plan B: In the event that this plan is activated, the Richterian State would be split

into however many Richterians are still around that are listed. (Example: if there

Aleczaender 16 are five listed and two are retired, then the three remaining listed would takeover):

EthanRichterian, DragunovRichterian, RichardRichterian (he would retain the

original State that he leads as he is Successor), ArxilliumRichterian,

WilhelmRichterian, and the present Leader. If the Leader that is present at the

time is honorable of this Constitution, then he will respect this by giving the

leaders above their respective groups that they prefer. (Example: if this happens to

BugRichterian and theoretically he is the fourth successor following

DragunovRichterian, and hypothetically Wilhelm and Ethan are still around, and

hypothetically he agrees with this plan because it was permitted by my will, then

he can keep a group for himself, and give two Richterist States to each person to

lead following the separation)

21.2.1. In the event that one of these Leaders wants to unite with another, that is

permitted, and if they choose to want an Oligarchy, that too is permitted.

21.3. Plan C: In the event that this plan is activated, the Council will immediately take

over, and will run everything from that point forward, similar to what was set up

in late 2019 following Aleczaender’s short break. Whether they want to elect a

Leader or not is up to them. Councilmen and how they enter the Council is also

upto them.

21.3.1. This means that the Council may have to run groups on a shared account,

and they may have to decide who is trustworthy enough to have access to

lead into the future.

21.3.2. Alternatively, each Council could form their own Richterist States and

work together or against each other as the superior Richterist Empire.

Aleczaender 17 21.4. Plan D: All current authority is destroyed or restricted (including that of the

Council), and everyone goes their separate ways to reform or form their own

Richterist State. Anyone so long as they are a Richterist after this plan is activated

can form their own Richterist State, so long as it follows all four other doctrines.

21.5. Plan E: The Leader is to immediately retire and be replaced by the Successor, if

he refuses to comply with this plan, then prior to issuing this plan a secondary

plan should have been established, and they are to go forth with that plan. The

other plan is to also be voted on and discussed by the Council.

21.5.1. In the event that there is no Successor, or if the Council secretly

disapproves of the Successor (this could be tricky if the Successor is on

the Council) then the Council can vote someone else into power.

21.6. The Constitution is to be maintained to the best of the ability of the Leadership

following the execution of any of these plans.

22. In the event that the platform originally being utilized is destroyed, shutdown, or

completely beyond further use, then the continuation of Richterism is to be conducted

through another platform that is similar to the previous, meaning a platform that is:

22.1. Dynamic and open, permitting the ability to freely create aesthetics, maps, and

environments.

22.2. Free or extremely cheap, capable of running on any device.

22.3. Permits a hierarchical system that is compatible with all four Richterian

Doctrines.

22.4. Allows for ceremonies, holidays, events, and atmospheres relevant to Richterism.

23. All other Doctrines aside from the four linked earlier are unofficial.

Aleczaender 18 23.1. This does not mean that other ‘Richterist-doctrines’ aren’t permitted, but those

won't be official, nor will they change or impact the definition of Richterism by

any means.

24. All Richterians that retire from the Richterian Dynasty are required to permanently leave

the platform they are on. Retirement is for those who have worked hard, and due to

personal reasons cannot continue to maintain themselves as they did before. Richterians

that retire regretfully who wish to return, must have it approved by the Council or Leader

before doing so, otherwise they’ll be deemed an impersonator, or worse, a traitor if

necessary. Richterians that remain active on the platform following retirement, change

their username, join any other groups or nations, will be classified a traitor.

24.1. Breaks (temporary retirements) from the platform are under the interpretation of

the Leader and Council on whether or not they be granted or acceptable.

24.2. Retirements can and will never be something granted from the Richterians alone

themselves. There is a difference between personal life interfering, and someone

desperate to create their own empire, or to join an enemy.

25. All important doctrines, events, figures, films, memories, pictures, and other things that

are a part of Richterian History are to be archived, and preserved. Accomplishments and

achievements that display our growth are to be put into a museum. It is imperative that all

History is preserved, or else future Leaders will be doomed to repeat it, and old-veterans

will cry tears of unhappiness as they become unable to find proof of their distant

nostalgia.

26. Aleczaender following his retirement will never again walk the platform, and if seen

active or ingame by any means, would be impersonation or identity fraud. The account

Aleczaender 19 following retirement will be accessed by close-loyalists of his, and they will utilize the

account to transfer funds, groups, and other things on the website itself.

Concluding Statement,

The Constitution is to maintain itself as the guidebook for all future Leaders of the

Richterist State, as well as for those who are dedicated to ensuring it is followed. In the event

that it is not followed by the Leaders, including but not limited to the: Leader, Successor, or

Councilman during the period, that one of the many plans be discussed with fellow Councilmen.

Remember, the above plans cannot officially be executed by none other than a nine-tenth of the

Council for it to be official and in-sync with the Richterist Doctrine. I cannot stress this enough

that the above needs to be followed religiously if the future is to remain as bright as the pages of

this very Doctrine. If the People of Richterism are to one day ignore both this and other

Doctrines intentionally, then the civilization and its surroundings will eventually come to a day

of reckoning for its failures to be successful. I can say with confidence that this will never

happen, and that a majority of proclaimed Richterists will continue to maintain this Doctrine,
