Trained in the hot arid sands of Morocco, the Regulars, are a trained group of Moors who are familiar with harsh terrain such as canyons, savannas, and deserts. This formation, is prepared to not only fight in dry arid terrain, but pledges to support the army as frontline battle soldiers in every future conflict awaited. With it's reputation of being utterly ruthless in war, these warriors are eager to wage hellfire against all who oppose Octavium.
History
The Regulars are a new formation. They were raised in the Imperial Restoration of June 2026, when the black and brown of the Legionary Orderstate were traded for the whites, greens, browns and blues worn before July 6, and the Army, Regime and Legion were restored under Aleczaender. The restoration took effect on 4 June 2026 and brought two new divisions into the Army, the Marines and the Regulars. Nothing in the record places a Regulars formation in Octavia or in the Orderstate before that date.
The Roblox group was created on 11 June 2026 and the Discord server the following day. The division was built on a Moorish and North African identity, desert infantry trained in Morocco, and for its first weeks it went by the Moorish Regulars Division, shortened to MRD. Its structure was rewritten repeatedly. A notice of 18 June names the 10th Skirmisher Battalion with the 26th Phalanx and 38th Spearhead companies. One of 30 June instead names a Bedouin Reconnaissance Battalion and an Askari Infantry Battalion. By 8 July the order of battle was the 15th Infantry Battalion with the 27th Reconnaissance and 31st Spearhead companies. The battalion names that stuck were the 15th Infantry, the Guardia Mora Crusader and the Speculatores Cavalry.
Command changed hands more often here than in any other division. SaddamRichterian announced on 23 June that he had replaced the previous overseeing general. Ink was appointed Divisional Commander on 28 June, InvictusArthur announced himself Commanding Officer on 8 July, Infinite GamingYT on 9 July, and Heyibeenba on 16 July. On 18 July YMN called an emergency rally in Madrid to count who was still serving, then began restructuring the battalions.
On 20 July 2026 the order came from Supreme Command and the responsible Major General to close the Regulars temporarily. Every member was told to file a discharge, and the division was to be split between the Armoured and Shock divisions to make up rally numbers. The closure did not last. BeukerRichterian took the division as its new Major General on 22 July and began recruiting to revive it, Rayyan Federal was made Commanding Officer the same day, DarthSSantiago followed on 29 July, and the 15th Infantry and Cavalry battalions were declared open again on 1 August.

- 2026-06-27: The division rallies for the bi-weekly at Madrid.
- 2026-06-28: Ink is appointed Divisional Commander.
- 2026-06-30: The division is advertised as the Moorish Regulars Division, with Bedouin Reconnaissance and Askari Infantry battalions.
- 2026-07-18: YMN holds an inspection rally and restructures the battalions.
- 2026-07-20: Supreme Command orders the division temporarily closed and its men split between the Armoured and Shock divisions.
- 2026-07-22: BeukerRichterian takes the division as Major General and begins its revival.
- 2026-08-01: The 15th Infantry and Cavalry battalions are declared open and in operation.

2026-07-24: Army Wide Football Match The Army of Octavium will be hosting a football/soccer event on Saturday at the Madrid football field. Any divisional members who're interested in participate, be sure to set a timer and be on at <t:1784917800:F. The match will split into multiple sections, more information down below. The winning division will be awarded exclusive medals.
