In brief: CasimirZHorrigan sits on the Graend Council of Zaenderism and is the movement's convener, the man at the rostrum of the bi-weekly Zaenderist Rally. He holds branch leadership in the Police, Inquisition and Vanguard Cohorts and in the Regulars, Armoured and Teutonnic-Volunteers Divisions, serves as Security Administrator in the Octavian Custode Office and Judicial Administrator in the Ministry, and carries QSB command with a Supply Officer's charge in the Imperium itself. It fell to him to announce, at the mid-July bi-weekly, that Octavium had been accepted into the RWWII community, word that Aleczaender's own proclamation credits to him. He drives the ranks as hard as he rallies them: academy deadlines, activity ultimatums and the defence of Madrid have all gone out under his name.
What They Are Doing
Midsummer 2026 has Casimir doing what he does most: gathering the Imperium in one place. On 11 July he called all divisions and cohorts to the bi-weekly Zaenderist Rally on Madrid with a promise of very good news, and the next day Aleczaender's proclamation recorded what that news had been, Octavium's formal acceptance into the RWWII community, announced at the rally by Casimir himself. In late June he set a two-day deadline for the ranks to complete the Zaenderist Academy on pain of suspension, and earlier that month put out a paid commission for GFX makers to serve the Imperium's image.
The longer record shows the same iron. Through the winter he directed the Regime's part in the defence of Madrid, practice raids, rally times, and the plain order to get on and fight the Teutonnians, staffed the Regime's offices from Praetor to Quartermaster, and in December warned his own Authority that inactivity would cost them their seats: react to the message, or be removed.
